FAQ

What is the Household Protection Operating System?

HPOS is a unified decision-support layer that composes our Protection Index, Financial Safety Index, Household Resilience Index, and four supporting scores into a single A+ to D household protection grade with prioritized actions, multi-horizon roadmaps, a risk radar, a 10-year resilience forecast, and national percentile benchmarks.

How is the overall grade calculated?

The composite is a weighted blend: Protection Index 18%, Financial Safety Index 18%, Household Resilience Index 18%, Preparedness 12%, Wealth Preservation 12%, Retirement Security 10%, and Risk Exposure 12% (inverted). The result is mapped to A+ (≥92), A (≥85), B (≥70), C (≥55), or D.

What should I do first?

Open the Protection Priorities tab — it ranks every gap by severity and impact and packages your Top 3 and Top 5 into an action plan you can execute in 30 / 90 / 365 days.
